Ingredients:

1 1/2 Pounds beef steak
1/2 Cup scallions
2 Red bell peppers (diced)
2 Green bell peppers (diced)
2 Orange or yellow pepper (diced)

1 Garlic clove
2 Teaspoons ginger
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoons sriracha
4 Tablespoons reduced sugar ketchup
1 1/2 Cups low fat provolone cheese

Makes 5 Servings

Directions:
1. Spray skillet, keeping the heat high enough to brown the steak. Remove steak from skillet,
cover, and keep warm.
2. Add onions. Cook on high until lightly brown on edges. Remove from pan and place over steak,
cover, and keep warm. Add a little beef broth or water if necessary.
3. Add peppers. Cook on high until lightly browned on edges. Remove from pan and place over
onions, cover, and keep warm.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
5. Add garlic to skillet and cook for 30 seconds. Add ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce,
sriracha, and ketchup. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add steak, onions, and peppers back into the skillet. Top with cheese. Place in the oven for 5
minutes turn oven to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted
and lightly browned. Enjoy!
