There is No One Diet For Everyone
1:1 Includes initial consultation, daily texts, and weekly follow-ups depending on your individual needs.
During our first kick-off call:
- We will discuss your medical, nutrition, and lifestyle history;
- You will be given a customized nutrition prescription, food plan, and shopping list so you are prepared to get started!
Each week we will have follow-up sessions:
- Goals: Each session will be personalized towards your personal nutrition goals, progress, needs, and questions.
- Habits: We will work on a new habit and discuss topics such as meal planning, recipe modifications or swaps; and developing mindful eating habits.
- Tools: Resource guides, sample meal templates, new fat burning recipes, smoothie recipes, and hormone guides will be provided.
6 Month 1:1 Nutrition & Fitness Coaching
If you are seriously committed to an external and internal physical transformation, and permanently changing your habits, then this may be for you. It involves the same nutrition coaching as the 8-week plan, and we add 16 more weeks of 1:1 Coaching and the added value of a fitness plan that’s right for you! Don’t worry – You won’t need to work out 5 – days a week to achieve results!
